Delivery Information

Please be aware that delivery times are guidelines and actual delivery will depend on stock availability.

All of our soy candles are hand-crafted and need time to be created. Please allow a minimum of five business days to allow us to produce and cure your candle before shipping. If items are in stock and do not need to be produced they will ship within three business days.

We offer a couple of different shipping services options:

USPS Parcel Post - 3 to 7 business days
UPS Ground - 1 to 5 business days

We will gladly work with you for any order that you may need to have rushed. If needed, we can also offer faster shipping options to you as well. If you are in need of any of these services just contact us at support@autumnmeadow.com or you are welcomed to just give us a call at 1-732-505-0600.

All packages will be marked as fragile and in the Summer months will be marked as perishable. Please be aware that items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. In some cases we may ship USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to you.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses and US territorial possessions may need to be shipped via Priority Mail. These shipments may not be trackable or insurable and delivery time may take up to 30 business days.

Autumn Meadow Trading LLC does not offer shipments to international locations.

Autumn Meadow Trading LLC will not be responsible for any lost shipments.
